Young Horses commented via Twitter in terms of the release date for Octodad: Dadliest Catch on PS4 and that “April is the PS4 goal. There was never a definite date, or delay.” Even though it was targeted for March, at least it isn’t too far of a setback.
Young Horse’s post also continued about an Xbox One version “Also, considering Xbox One means we thought about it in our brains.” Follow up tweets reveal that it is just a thought and that “Thinking does not equal doing.”

Zombie Studio’s upcoming procedurally-generated survival horror title Daylight will be releasing on PS4 and PC April 8th for $14.99
Ryan Clements of Playstation Blog also posted a blog saying that Zombie Studios is looking into a way to integrate Twitch viewers into affecting the games scares for the streamer. Zombie says “the hope is to allow viewers to control the actual scares in a streamer’s experience, providing a much more interactive dynamic between player and audience. ”
The streaming integration seems really cool. I would love to stream this game and see what happens, assuming it can be pulled off. Sounds ambitious but rewarding if it can be done!

Originally an OUYA exclusive, Matt Thorson is bringing is wonderfully popular TowerFall over to PS4 being dubbed TowerFall: Ascension as a digital title. TowerFall is a 4-player archery combat platformer. If you haven’t seen this game, you are definitely missing out. Check out the video above.
Posting on the PlayStation Blog, Matt talks more about the PS4 version. TowerFall on PS4 will add 50 new versus arenas to battle on, making the total up to 120 ARENAS!!!! He also says that Ascension adds new variants to customize your matches as well as new power-ups.
Don’t like competitive multiplayer? No problem! Ascension comes with a brand new 1-2 player Quest Mode. Keeping the same 1-hit death mechanic as multiplayer, you and/or a buddy will quest through arenas defending yourselves against waves of monsters and enemies of all sorts (grim repaers, archers ghosts etc.)
I am very excited for this game. I haven’t played it on the OUYA but this looks like alot of fun to play 4-player with my buddies!
